Good location next door to a vast arena. And adjacent to roadworks on the Broad Street side for the foreseeable future, So close to the Arena, and the markets, there where at least four sites spread around the city centre.

The hotel, located next to the Hyatt, offers large rooms with clean and welcoming interiors. The staff is courteous and attentive, with quick and efficient check-in and check-out processes. The breakfast setting is stunning, with a glass roof creating a beautiful ambiance. Guests can also enjoy a quick bar snack in the gentleman and scholar pub, which provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a modern-style fire. The location of the hotel is convenient for working, despite the clatter of a nearby building site.
Two out of the four lifts were out of service during the visit.

The breakfast area was lovely to eat in, with a good selection of hot and cold foods to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, being right next to the Utilita Arena and just a short walk from the city center. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, attending to my requests and making my stay more comfortable.
The spa day/package did not live up to expectations. The pool and jacuzzi area was small and overcrowded, with not enough seating for everyone.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency was fantastic. The moment we walked into the hotel, we were impressed by the spacious and clean foyer, which gave off an upper-class vibe. The room itself was lovely, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the library at night. The staff, particularly Sandy at the reception, were friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights was the constant smile and helpfulness of our server, Kelly. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a temperamental door key and some issues with cleanliness, our overall experience was highly enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying at the Hyatt Regency again.
